Emergency Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) Preparation
When the COVID-19 crisis forced a Federal client to move its in-person, classroom-based training to virtual training delivery, it required instructors to re-skill quickly.
LEAD used the training platform designated to train students to also re-skill the instructors. Our professional trainers were able to "lead by example" to demonstrate not just Blackboard Collaborate technology, but also facilitation skills, virtual classroom management and student engagement methods needed for virtual course delivery.
LEAD provided in excess of 600 hours of emergency training and re-skilling sessions.
